Enroll now for a free, fun and engaging day to learn more about customer service and help desk best practices using Zendesk. The schedule includes a beginner’s training session before diving deeper into more detailed topics, advanced students are welcome to skip this session and come when the content is most helpful. Join us and discover more about the power of Zendesk with other customers and support brainiacs.
11:00 am - 12:30pm: The morning session will focus on Zendesk for beginners

1:15pm - 5:00pm: The afternoon session will cover more advanced training

- Customer Self-Service: Tips and tricks for helping your customers quicker and with more ease
- Customer Engagement: Best practices for proactive customer communication

Enroll now - class size will be limited! This is a free event open to anyone interested improving their support process and customer experience. We encourage you to bring a laptop to follow along, but it's not mandatory.
